PDMC Youth council
Key information

What is PDMC Youth Council? Our new Youth Council will be made up of player representatives from every ensemble. The Youth Council will feed back ideas and suggestions from members of their ensemble and help us shape future projects
Is this the same as PDMC Ambassadors? No. We hope that our current PDMC Ambassadors will consider expanding their roles to also become Youth Councillors but this is not compulsory and members who are not Ambassadors can apply to join the Youth Council. Ambassadors will continue their amazing work representing PDMC at events, helping with junior ensembles and more.
Who can join the Youth Council? All PDMC players can apply to take part. Members of Intermediate and Senior ensembles can apply to be Senior Councillors and members of Beginner or Training level ensembles can apply to be Junior Councillors.
When will the Youth Council meet? Senior Councillors will meet once every half term on Fridays at 6.30pm at our Buxton venues. Junior Councillors will feed back to the Senior Councillors at times to suit the individuals.
How will the Youth Council work? The Youth Council is for our players so their first task will be to agree guidelines and plans for the next year.
How do I apply? There's more information about the Youth Council in the 'Information for Applicants' section below. If your child is interested in applying, please help the to complete the short form here
